Reviews
Good price and attended by good professionals. I can only speak for those found on Paseo de España and Plaza del Salvador.
It has good access, good distribution, it is clean and they provide good service. Large, well-organized, well-distributed premises. It is normal to find the same product in two versions; cheap and expensive. And I recommend taking advantage of the offers that tend to be rotating.
Quiet for shopping but a little messy
You find almost everything, good quality and very nice workers
It is the first time I have bought in these supermarkets and the truth is that it has left a bad taste in my mouth, not so much because of the poor clarity of the purchase receipt that does not clearly reflect the products with the discount percentages, but because of the response from the cashier when asked, telling me that her regular customers do know. With those answers I don't think I will make many new clients. At least with me they have lost one.
We went to buy a couple of things at 8:55 p.m. When we were about to enter, the cashiers began to tell us rudely that we couldn't enter because they were closing. We told them that on Google maps it said that closing was at 9:30 p.m. and a rude cashier answered us. We decided to leave and will not buy again.
They do not comply with closing hours. If they must attend until 9:00 p.m., they should not lock the sliding doors before. It was 8:56 p.m. I waited for some customers to come out to enter and the cashier, before the door opened, had already warned the manager who told me upon entering that he knew it was 8:58 p.m. and that they closed at 9:00 p.m. to hurry up. . Unfortunately I won't buy anything again. At the checkout it was at 9:00 p.m. and the ticket shows 8:59 p.m. It is not the first time that they violate closing hours, it happened to me on another occasion and they did not want to open the door to even inform me.
I buy cheese on Friday, on Sunday I realize it's moldy, I haven't even opened it. As is normal, today, Monday, I took it to the store and they told me that since it is a fresh or refrigerated product, they do not make changes. Let's see, I understand that if it's something that's good, don't change it, but... something that's sold in poor condition???? I have taken it along with the purchase ticket.
